It was in a fantastic condition and fully kitted out. We loved the location. It was a joy to wake up with the sound of wildlife. We will definitely return in the future as we very much enjoyed our time in the cottage. A big thanks to the farm staff, they were very helpful and friendly. This holiday has exceeded out expectations in a lovely part of the country. Is it me, or is this pillar a bit skinny? Easily located behind a gate on the Cotswold Way. Last stretch of the path offers some superb views, especially on such a clear and sunny day as today. And my car did all the hill climbing for this one - if only that were true for the rest of today's bags... It’s fairly obvious to me that Mo Hayder is an author who takes a great deal of satisfaction and enjoyment at watching her readers suffer as they gorge over her opulent and polished narrative. Hanging Hill, Hayder’s eighth novel is as disturbing and dark as they get – but boy is it a compelling read – put it down at your peril!
