As a general rule, shaving with a straight razor is a wonderful experience. However, you may one day experience a dull scraping feeling across your cheeks, which is unpleasant, to say the least. Now is all of this really practical to stretch the useful life of a razor blades that super cheap and costs .60 cents per blade, no but it's a fun experiment that I encourage you to try out as you'll learn a lot in addition to getting a better wet shave.
