Evolution Aqua Pure Pond are biodegradable balls, crammed full of live bacteria that are slowly released when they are needed most. With over 8,000,000,000 bacteria per litre, your pond will shine even more than normal, especially if you add them monthly into the Kaldnes Moving bed, or into any other type of filter you may have. PURE POND balls work particularly well within the Nexus filtration system helping to smooth out any peaks and troughs in the Ammonia / Nitrite cycle. Simply add the balls into you biological chamber, ideally held within a filter bag, where they will agitate alongside the K1 Media. This is a two-dose treatment, the pond should be treated again three days later at roughly the same time. For best results, dose with EA Formaldehyde or for ease of use, dose with EA FMG Mix instead.
